The last stop on our adventure was Johnson’s Shut-ins State Park. During the summer the shut-ins on the Black River are open to swimming in for the public. There have been deaths from swimming in the dangerous rapids. They are beautiful, though.

I am in my third day of quitting diet sports drinks, like Propel and Powerwater and I’ve been getting headaches. They don’t have caffeine in them so I know it’s not that but they are sweetened with the artificial sweetener sucralose. Can you get withdrawal symptoms from sucralose? I can’t find anything about it online.
