This is a long exposure image using an ND1000 (10 stop) filter. The longer shutter speed time gives the water a smooth texture. Settings were: SS 4 sec, f/14, ISO 100

Just as a comparison, below is the same shot as a regular exposure without a filter. You can see how it now shows the ripples on the water. Settings were: SS 1/125 sec, f/14, ISO 160. I also didn’t take the time to edit out the power lines in this one 🙂

Both images were taken with the Sony a7 III and edited in Capture One and Snapseed.
