Is Lightroom mobile free? Which do you like better, Lightroom mobile or Snapseed?

You have to have a subscription for Lightroom. I pay $10/month for Lightroom (cloud based storage) and Lightroom classic (desktop storage with catalog capabilities which is great for my portrait work to keep it organized and do more in depth editing by hand – no presets.) I do all my icm and nature on Lightroom and Lightroom mobile because of the preset options. Photoshop is also included in the subscription which I use sometimes, mostly for old photo restoration work and major edits like face swaps, background changes, etc. I like both Snapseed and Lightroom mobile but with phone pics I start out with LR mobile usually because they have more options for presets/filters and then move to Snapseed if I can’t find what I like in Lightroom mobile.

One thing Snapseed has over LR mobile is more specialized presets/filters like the grunge, vintage, drama, film, ect. They also have frames which I don’t think LR does.
