ICM No. 355-357

It has been a rough month with 11 migraine episodes. I am restarting a preventive I stopped in Sept. I guess I need it after all. I am thankful there are medicines available to me that help!

    (ps – I’ve been reading a bit about the photographer Christopher Anderson and his recent Vanity Fair photos and why he framed them the way he did… I hadn’t really considered just how much thought can go into a photoshoot, but it makes so much sense – hats off to all of you behind the cameras!)
