Offshoots Photography

We stayed in this cute bed and breakfast in a village called Elsah in Illinois USA.  It was not a town but a village consisting of several homes, a small mercantile, a tiny museum, and a gift shop. No church, no bar, no town hall or police station!  I imagine there isn’t much crime with so few people living there. It is located just across the way from the Mississippi River so it has seen its share of floods.
