This is one of my most recent favorite ones. I think it gives off an impressionist painting vibe. What do you think of it?

    also, i was looking up the painting this reminded me of and the color palette in your photo made me think of Vincen Van Gogh’s The Harvest. It’s a beautiful work and your photo captured its essence! Mike

    Hey Sheila,
    I’ve been a fan of Jo Stephen’s ICM photos for quite a while now, and I’ve tried a few attempts myself. In the end though, I mostly went the software route — layering, blurring, and shifting images to create an ICM-like effect. I’m mainly into bird and wildlife photography, but this style definitely fascinates me.
    I really like your shots here — that yellow dominating the green and sky gives it a bit of a painterly feel. So yep, count me in as a fan!

      Thanks so much. I have been making ICM images for several years now and I love it. I’m always surprised at how they look in the end since there are so many possibilities.
