In the mid 90s all week. Doesn’t feel like the end of summer!
I actually took my Sony camera to a park yesterday. Felt good to get out of my house/yard and explore a little bit.
On my second week of Invisalign. The first week was rough. It seems to be getting better now though. My teeth are getting used to it. No migraine pain for 2 weeks. That is something to be grateful for, too!
hey sheila, i’m going to hop over to Linda’s site after commenting here but have you tried Botox injections specifically for migraines? there’s case studies floating around saying that it significantly reduces migraine instances by as much as 50%. i fall below the baseline for migraine diagnosis so the treatment won’t be available for me through insurance.

oh really? darn….i was really hoping that would help. i saw a lot of promising data on it. even though i could get botox shots, i am still being advised to do Naproxen (Alleve) pills. it sucks because i’m in that midrange, the only thing i can do is take 3 pills per headache which, imho, is a lot and could present liver problems down the road. this is why i try not to overstimulate myself and do stuff that could lead to a headache.
Yes I try to keep my stress levels down because of that too. I limit my activity outside the house and inside the house it is quiet and calm most of the time on purpose! Be careful with the pain meds. I have chronic kidney disease now caused by taking ibuprofen too often 😦 I take two Tylenol and Ubrelvey when I get one now.
The 90s doesn’t feel like summer??? We had a few days of cooler temps but we are/will be in the 90s for the next week, according to my weather app. 🥺
The last couple of days it has been overcast/foggy in the early morning, but hearing up and clearing by late morning. 😖
I did get out to get some foggy photos. 😊
