It has been so hot here lately that I had to sneak out for just a few minutes on my front porch to make a couple of ICM images. It was so humid that my lens fogged up. I put the cap on and waited a little bit for my camera to acclimate to the higher temperature than the cool one inside the house.

It was a bad month for migraines in June. I’ve decided to stop keeping count of them myself but instead tell my spouse when I get one and he will record it in a place I can’t see. That way I hopefully avoid the emotional lows of when I see that I am getting a certain higher number of them. I must have someone keep track, however, so I can report it to my doctor at my annual neurology appointment. I’ve been keeping a monthly log of them for 16 years. To stop is going to feel strange.
